Account & Data Deletion – Bright Home Lights

Users may request deletion of their Bright Home Lights account and associated data.

When your account is deleted:

  • Your authentication account will be removed.

  • Associated device mappings will be deleted.

  • Cloud-stored presets and schedules will be removed.

  • MQTT credentials will be revoked.

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

To request deletion:

  1. Log into the app and use the “Delete Account” option in Settings
    OR

  2. Email: support@brighthomelights.com from your registered account email.

Deletion requests are processed within 7 days.
